How to eat what to eat ?

How to eat what to eat ?

“Healthy eating is a way of life, so it’s important to establish routines that are simple, realistically, and ultimately liveable.” – Horace

Have you ever realised that your food has great impact upon your emotions, most of our thought process emotions and feelings are related to what we eat and how we eat. Food is not a part of life for keeping us alive, rather it has great influence upon our actions. Here plays the 3 Gunas of our life The guans are nothing but the quality of energy in the physical body.

  • SATTVA GUNA :
The quality with calm, joy, balanced harmony and intelligence. these people will be filled up with truth, intellectual and enriched with spiritual essence. The satva guna not only makes a person mentally strong but also keeps the entire plane of being in harmony with nature.
  • RAJA GUNA:
The quality with energy, enthusiasm and active. These people will be more passinated with aspiration which always keeps them active or in a mobile state to attain something in their life , a kind of crave towards desire or goal.their goal will be materialistic and will be with full of greed and restlessness.
  • THAMA GUNA :
The quality with apparition and illusion due to over thinking and physicall will be very weak and lazyness.this makes one to be very less active and attentive and be more persistence. Most of the people with Tama guna will live in their imagination and will plan big but will never think of execution.

As stated in the Bhagavad Gita:

“When one rises above the three gunas that originate in the body; one is freed from birth, old age, disease, and death; and attains enlightenment”

There cannot be pure sattva without rajas and tamas. There cannot be pure rajas without sattva and tamas. And finally, there cannot be pure tamas without sattva and rajas.

We cant have only sattva guna or raja guna or thama guna , we can never be the pure form of any one thing combination of all three helps to face the battle of our life. So make sure that we have a balanced emotion with diet and lifestyle.
